I am dedicated to providing professional and respectful Realtor services to my clients.
I am a successful businessman with extensive experience in Real Estate both in private and public sectors. During my forty-year career, I have held senior management positions in the trust company industry. I have also owned and operated solely, and in partnership, several successful companies.
CAREER HISTORY:
Over a fifteen-year period I have held several senior management positions in the trust company industry.
I was a former director of mortgage operations for a major trust company and mortgage supervisor managing several multi-million dollar portfolios, which included residential and large commerical projects. I have acted as senior consultant in the placement of financing for many large building and development projects.
Over my forty-year career, I have obtained a, C.R.A designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada, an A.I.M.A designator from the Institute of Municipal Assessors, a M.T.C.I designation from the Trust Companies Institute, and a certification as an arbitrator, and mediator.
